Vegetarian breakfast
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
4 tablespoon milk
chilly to taste
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black ground pepper
half big bell pepper
1 clove smashed garlic
100 gr champion mushroom
1 medium onion
parsley to taste
1. Dice the onion and mushroom and fry in 2 tablespoon oil for a few minutes.
2. Mix the eggs with milk, add the salt and black pepper.
3. When the mushroom and onion is fried, add the sliced bell pepper,chilly and garlic, fry another 2 minutes.
4. Pour the eggs mixture, mix two times.When the omelette begins to cook and firm up sprinkle with parsley or add shredded Cheddar if you like. Ease around the edge of the omelette with a spatula, and turn it up. Bake another 1 minute.
