Cabbage soup

This soup is just perfect for a light dinner or during a hot summer. It can be prepared in 20 minutes for the beginner housewives.




Ingredients:

150 gr sliced cabbage
half medium onion chopped
1 big carrot sliced
1 cloves garlic
half teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
half teaspoon dill
2 tablespoon sour cream or 3 tablespoon yogurt +1 egg


1. Place the onion in a pot and fry on medium fire in 2 tablespoon oil. When the onion is ready, add the sliced carrot and fry another 3-4 minutes, than sprinkle with pepper, salt and add the cabbage to.

2. Pour 300 ml water in the pot, cover with a lid and on medium fire cook for 15 minutes (until the cabbage is ready).

3. Mix the yogurt with egg, dill and smashed clove in a mug, add two tablespoon of hot soup and mix it well , pour the mixture from the mug into soup and on low fire bring it to a boil, stirring continually.
Add more salt if needed. Four a hot taste I add half teaspoon ground chilly in the soup.
