Chicken and potato with parsley 

   Potato with parsley is a well known food in Hungary and I believe is also known in Germany and Austria. It is very easy to prepare, it can be just a perfect side dish if you are not on diet or you can consume it alone with vegetables. 
I have chosen a savory chicken recipe near the potato and  what makes it savory, are the ingredients.

1 red bell pepper
250 gr chicken breast chunks
1 big onion
1 tsp ground black pepper 
1 pinch ground chilly 
bunch parsley 
1/2 kg small yellow potato 
3-4 sliced mushroom head (canned)

1. Wash good the potato, cut them in half and cook them in water, do not forget to add 1 tsp of salt to water.
2. Fry the chicken chunks and mushroom in 1 spoon of oil, once the chicken turned white place them on a dish. Slice the onion and place onto pot with 1 tbp oil, fry it until the onion caramelize than add the sliced bell pepper and chicken, sprinkle with salt and black pepper and cook 10 minutes more.

3. Wash the parsley and chop them, place a pan on the oven and add 1 tablespoon olive oil, add the chopped parsley and let it to heat for 1 minutes. Pour off the water from potatoes and place them into pan with parsley, mix it. Now your side dish is ready.
