Raw paleo chocolate nuts bar (paleo, dairy-gluten, flour and processed sugar free)

These fudge bars will satisfy all your chocolate and sugar cravings. Cashews provide healthy fat and protein, and dates lend sweetness without any of the negative side effects of sugar. Even the picky eaters will devour these- they taste like your favorite chocolate bar. They’re the perfect addition to a packed dessert and make a great after dinner treat.
Raw desserts are pretty much the easiest food in the world to make, because usually they consist of just dates, nuts, coconut oil, and whatever else you want to add. These are no different.
The first time I made them with Belgian cacao powder and Lindt 90% cacao. As I ate them and loved them, I decided they don’t really even need the chocolate cubes in them, so they can also easily be made without any.

Ingredients:
1 mug cashew
1/2 mug walnuts
1/2 mug coconut milk powder
4 tbsp coconut cream
2 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp good quality of cacao powder
1 tspn Stevia

1. Grind the cashew, walnuts and coconut milk powder in a blender.

2. Pour the coconut oil and coconut cream in the blender, add the cacao powder and Stevia and stir until is creamy and smooth.

3. Transfer the mixture to a dish lined with plastic wrap, for easy removal.Chill in refrigerator for an hour. Cut into squares and store in refrigerator.
