Paleo chocolate fudge (paleo, dairy- flour, processed sugar free)

Browsing for new recipes on the net I found a paleo soft chocolate recipe, and called for banana. Ok, I had everything in my kitchen and said lets give a try.
The result was good, but still I felt the banana taste, and to be honest I don`t want banana taste in my chocolate fudge. Passing some days I said to add some new ingredients to this fudge, and here is is, the result, a dairy, gluten- nuts, dates- free chocolate fudge, seasoned with a bit of ginger bread spice. A piece of joy in my hand.
For the recipe I used a mug volume is 150 ml.

Ingredients:
20 gr gelatin powder
160 ml water
1 rip banana
1/3 mug of coconut milk powder
1/2 mug of good quality of cacao powder
1/4 mug of coconut oil
1/4 mug of coconut flour
3 tbsp coconut cream
1 tsp Stevia
1/4 tspn gingerbread spice

1. Pop the peeled banana in a blender, and blend until is creamy. Place the coconut- powder, flour, cream,- oil, cacao, gingerbread spice and Stevia and blend it well.

2. Heat the water and place the gelatin inside and gentle stir until is ready. (Prepare the gelatin after the instructions from the package.)

3. Pour the gelatin in the blender and blend everything in high speed. Once is blended well transfer the mixture to 25x 25 cm dish lined with plastic wrap, for easy removal.

4. Place the fudge in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Do not freeze it.

I grated bio lemon peel on the top.
